Hi there! We’re Alex & Tomek. Thank you for stopping by our website. At Among Cultures you can follow our journey of moving from Poland to New Zealand and recently landing in Japan. But most importantly, we hope to inspire you, share our tips with you, and build your confidence and skills to allow yourself to have a life you want, where you want.
In 2011 we left Wrocław, a fairly big city in Poland and arrived to Dunedin, a considerably smaller but lovely city in New Zealand. After getting to know it well, we have decided to leave out second home behind and by the end of 2017 we have relocated to Tokyo to begin our new adventure.
We believe that nowadays relocation between countries is accessible to many. We are not special and we’ve managed to do it. We recognize however, that it may be overwhelming and hard, so we hope this blog can help.
